We source our Suet Tallow from small, generational family farms that use regenerative agriculture practices, such as rotational grazing of pastures. They also decompose manure and return organic waste to enrich the soil. These practices help improve both soil health and the environment.

Suet is the hard fat found around the kidneys and loins of cattle and other animals. Suet is known to be the highest grade fat, and considered superior. We are not the cheapest, nor do we aim to be. We deliberately do not use inexpensive, low quality ingredients or fillers. You are worth more than that! Instead, our focus is on safety, customer service, and high efficacy. Every ingredient is used for an intentional purpose. Products containing water-based ingredients, (humectants), we ensure they are properly preserved with approved systems to protect against microorganisms, bacteria, yeast, fungi and mold growth. We include spoons, spatulas or scoops with most products that would otherwise require finger dipping into jars. This helps keep products from becoming contaminated with wet or dirty hands. Additionally, we use an olive-based emulsifier (where appropriate) to bind water and oil ingredients together, maintaining their integrity. We may also incorporate humanely sourced beeswax or carnauba wax, into our anhydrous formulas, alongside tallow, butters, and liquid oils, to provide mild binding capabilities when needed.

To enhance our formulations, we craft our own floral and herbal infusions, along with potent double extracts, instead of using plain water. We begin with ultra-clean, high quality, medical grade water at a skin-friendly pH of 5.5–6.0.Through a specialized in-house process, this water becomes even more powerful—allowing us to extract the purest nutrients from plants and herbs. This same revitalized water is the foundation of all our skincare products, ensuring every drop is alive with benefits for your skin. Essential oil safety disclosure is important for potential known allergens that naturally occur in essential oils. We only use 100% pure essential oils that are organic and/or wildcrafted from trusted and established sources, which are also free from solvent extraction. Our essential oil formula blends are proprietary, and if you have a known sensitivity or allergy to a specific plant, botanical, herb, shrub, etc, you may contact us to find out if that specific ingredient is included. Some of our Suet Tallow blends, as well as our skincare products, include essential oils. We follow strict IFRA Standards for all essential oil use. We only use 100% pure, high-quality organic and wildcrafted oils, grown in their natural regions and sourced from trusted farmers who use sustainable, renewable farming, processing, and extraction methods without the use of toxic solvents and chemicals. We create our own essential oil blends following IFRA Standards, and then we add the blend to our formulas at a safe, conservative rate of 0.5-1%.

We understand that parents use tallow products on children, we keep our essential oil blend ratios low, at or below the levels recommended by IFRA for adults.

Not all of our products contain essential oils, and we clearly list when a product does contain essential oils. We also follow IFRA Standards for safe essential oil usage, and our blends fall within or under the recommended range for adult use.
