Cancellations:

All services are pre-paid at time of booking. Cancellations or reservation changes made at least one business day (24 Hours) in advance allows our team the opportunity to accommodate other guests and will be greatly appreciated. For any appointment cancellations outside of 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, a full refund will be given for your paid services. Cancellations made with less than 24 hour notice will be charged 50% of the service fee; resulting in forfeiture of 50% of your service fee with a minimum of $25. For any cancellations within 24 hours of your booked appointment, you MUST call or text (858) 333-7557 to avoid a No-Show Fee.

NO-SHOW Appointments:

If you fail to show up for your booked appointment, you will be considered a "No Show" and NO REFUND will be given for your scheduled services. No-Show reservations are charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the service appointment. We understand that things can come up and communication is key. Please call or text (858) 333-7557 if you think you will be late or miss your scheduled appointment.
